Service Delivery Platform (SDP) is a relatively new term in our industry used to describe the core of an OSS that supports fulfillment of ordered services from sale to activation. Some of you know Telpro for its Activation capabilities, but as three CADTEL clients are already know from experience, it is much, more than that.
